My post was more tongue in cheek......But while obviously I hope you optimists are right.....personally when I look at the remaining fixtures I think ending on 50 points would be the most optimistic I'd go.

If I had to lay a bet I'd go with 47 points.

depends how the semi final goes, win that they’ll be even less bothered about the league games. Lose it and you would hope it would get a reaction and we pick some points up. For me the league was effectively over by the end of Feb given how poor the bottom 3 are

if we get knocked out of the cup by Villa we’ll be back at it in the league and get to 50 points. If we some how beat Villa then apart from possibly the wolves game it’s hard to see where anymore points are coming from with our current lack of focus on the league, although we did well to grind out a point in the end yesterday
