Pint for a Palace scarf

At the FA cup final I gave my scarf to an old dear who was sitting next to me who was obviously Citeh and sitting in the wrong area.

Thought I could replace it easy enough but the one I want is just red and blue with no writing or logos on it.

So will buy a pint for anyone who has a spare for me.

Will be at the Brighton game, usual watering hole is ancient Two Brewers now known as the Dark Horse.

I genuinely found this a bit odd,she clearly wasn't a Palace supporter so why didn't she give you the scarf back when the match ended.

She was probably one of those from the good old days of the 80s and 90s. Back then, the hooligans would simply take the scarves off the fans of the other team. If you wanted it back, you'd get punched in the face.

Back in the day I had a claret and blue scarf knitted by my Nan, it was my pride and joy. Last game of season I joined in the mandatory pitch invasion ( post game), was waving the scarf around and it was stolen by a fellow Palace fan who just ran off. Took me a long time to recover 😩
