I need a bit of help from my fellow palace fans. It’s something I really haven’t been too fussed about in the past, but it’s the old debate of 1861 or 1905?
I really haven’t given a monkeys, until now!!
You see I’ve been saying for about 40 odd years(quietly to myself) if palace win the fa cup im getting a tattoo, I might be 60 now, but I’m not backing out. All I want is the badge, I’m undecided about whether to have FA Cup winners 2025 underneath or not, but do I go 1861 or 1905?

I have the Eagle from the badge on my back but didn't get all the periphery. I told a few people if we won the cup I'd get the Wembley arch added in red and blue but probably can't be bothered.

However, back to your question, I am very much in the 1905 camp and think 1861 is a lot of tenuous tosh. If in doubt, phone a Notts County fan. They have some rather strong opinions on our claim! Although your suggestion of 2025 as part of a celebratory offering is even better.

Hmmm, I’m thinking I should go with 1861 simply because it was obviously on the badge we actually wore winning the cup.
But I’m quite liking the thought of slipping a 2025 in there, especially if I don’t have any reference to the cup win written below the badge

One thing I can gaurentee, no needles will be going near my p**** ala Oliver Reed, although I do like the sound of the ‘fluffing up’

My daughter’s ex was smothered in them, she said he was addicted to them. But no way that’s happening to me, not at my age, I hate the look when people cover themselves in them, especially those who have the whole of their neck done like Lyndon Dykes, their head looks like a golf ball sitting on a tee.

I think it was when we lost to QPR in the 1982 Q/F I made my pledge.

I wouldn’t have had a clue about who to trust with it, but my daughter, her ex and friends use a woman in Faversham Kent, so I’m going there, which I’m sure is no good to you
