Perhaps explains the summer window with loans and free transfers, then the delay in ground development - in that new investment required.

I'm up for this ,just got to sort out the loan and I'll make an offer

I'll fore warn you lot though I aint building no new stand , I'm turning the Holmesdale back into a terracing though which will put the capacity up to 40,000 . But first things first I'll be getting Shep and Neame to sort the beer out

I'm putting a bid in and when I take over we're going back to Claret and Blue pinstripes, the Holmesdale is back to rib crushing terracing and I'm opening a Wimpy Bar in the main stand.
