Haven’t seen this posted before - but Raine Group who oversaw the sales of Chelsea and Man U appointed by Palace to sell the club for £900M.

Perhaps explains the summer window with loans and free transfers, then the delay in ground development - in that new investment required.

I'll fore warn you lot though I aint building no new stand , I'm turning the Holmesdale back into a terracing though which will put the capacity up to 40,000 . But first things first I'll be getting Shep and Neame to sort the beer out

I'm putting a bid in and when I take over we're going back to Claret and Blue pinstripes, the Holmesdale is back to rib crushing terracing and I'm opening a Wimpy Bar in the main stand.

They haven't instructed Raine to set up a sale. They are looking for investment and valuing the club at £900m (Either now or once the MS is complete I'm not sure)

Interesting that another investor is being looked for as it further dilutes shares for current 4.

Numerically possibly, but the shares may have gone up in value to compensate.

So the Americans are ready to cash in. There are a growing number who know our clubs are ludicrously overvalued and I believe they have left it way too late to achieve this kind of value. £300M tops to take us over as we are, and even that is generous.
Not gonna happen. Its greed like this that is messing up the planet, and its everywhere.
I hope they dont even get offered £300M, unless of course it comes with a commitment to spend another £300m on new players.
The sport is moving ever nearer the edge. The Premier need to think very carefully about the Man City position and how they handle it if they want to avoid a blood bath, but I will be very surprised if they react accordingly.
