If there any truth in the "Chelsea want Lacroix" story, and why wouldn't they want him by the way, then considering some of the prices being touted by clickbait and other nonsense media outlets for CB's involving Brighton Spurs etc. the price for Max should be north of all of those quotes. However, this s constant irritation for me that CP players are always quoted at prices/values considerably less than players at other clubs even if they might actually be better.

I always think the same. We seem to have to haggle for ages to get any sense of value yet teams always seem to jump at the chance to pay over the odds for Brighton players. TBF I bet Wolves couldn't believe their luck when we offered 50m+ for JSL.
If Chelsea really want him then I'd start at 50m plus Josh Acheapmong.

Hopefully we can keep the majority of the squad - clearly big bids for Lacroix, Wharton and potentially now Munoz will cause a headache, but they should only be allowed to leave if the offer is too good to turn down. I also think a few are looking at Hendo.
I would offer Kamada maybe 1 year with an option of a 2nd year. I'm not his biggest fan, but he has definitely got better and both Hughes and Lerma struggled 2nd half of last season big time.
I would also be prepared to keep Mateta for the next 12 months. Firstly we need numbers upfront and JSL is just not as good. If Brighton can get £52m for a defender with 1 year left of his contract we should not be discounting Mateta's potential transfer fee. IMHO there's no point selling him now for say £20m as a replacement will cost more and be on much higher wages.
Hackney from Boro would appear to be a sensible purchase, especially if Kamada doesn't re-sign.
Hopefully the youngsters coming through can cover at left and right (wing) back so i would prioritise a left side forward.
This is the area we've struggled with this season and whilst hopefully Pino will get better we need alternatives.
Not many left sided players i can think of how could fill the void (and if Gordon is worth £69m prices have got ridiculous) - maybe Sorba Thomas at Stoke, who has impressed me this season and now plays for Wales.
Quite direct and has a decent cross on him. However, not sure he'd fit into a 3-4-2-1 and at 27 has never played higher than the championship
