I think players such as JP and Anderson are solid PL payers but not ones who are worth paying superstar wages especially given they will have little resale value after the expiration of that contract.

LaCroix is starting to show similar promise to Anderson, whilst being younger, quicker, better in the air and probably cheaper.

JPM has excelled over a 25 game period but as above we need to keep looking for better, younger and cheaper! £30M looks a fair price to me if someone comes in for him?
