Óscar Mingueza

IMO it is important to keep Muñoz, in the system will use the wing backs are far the most important position, and the toughest role, i think you need three of each for resting an injuries, Muñoz, Mingueza and Imray would be a massive improvment, Left hand side is another matter, IMO Michell is the 2nd, Sosa is the 3rd, but we need a 1st, possibly El Hadji Diouf from the Spammers or Lorenzo Bernasconi from Atlanta or Hugo Bueno from Wolves
It could be a case of:

Combo 1: Mingueza............Muñoz
Combo 2: Mitchell...............Muñoz
Combo 3: Mitchell...............Mingueza
Combo 4: Mingueza.............Imray
Combo 5: Sosa....................Muñoz
Combo 6: Sosa....................Mingueza
Combo 7: Mitchell................Imray
Combo 8: Sosa....................Imray

I don't know how clearly this comes across but essentially I am saying it's already enough to have three options for each side without an extra signing, as Mingueza can play either side.

So whilst Mingueza could be #1 LWB when played with #1 RWB Muñoz... also Mingueza could be #2 RWB when played with #2 LWB Mitchell.

Diouf is nowhere near Mitchell's ability. He can run faster and makes a slightly better cross but having watched him at Spammers this season he just isn't as good.
Have to dispute that, especially as it was his first season in the league and he is still only 21. He had more assists/pre-assists than Fernades who played more. His crossing on the run is amazing but I dont think either Palace or West Ham have the players to take full advantage. I'd give Mitchell the edge defensively but it was West Ham's central defenders , especially Kilman, that were their main shortcoming

I can't see him as a Palace priority. Given Shaw's age, I could see him at United next season
