Old Goal Music Name?

I saw a retro game of Crystal Palace recently on TV and noticed some catchy tune playing after they scored.

After searching it up, I found out it was a 2005/06 game.
I then found a 05/06 Palace season review online, and indeed, this catchy piece of music is played after every Palace goal.

The best/clearest bit of audio of the song I can find is at 16 minutes in this 2005/06 season review video, after Clinton Morrison scores:

Does anybody remember or know what this song/piece of music is called? Thanks.

Yeah, it's abit hard to find a full clear shot of the song due to the crowd etc.. that was the best I could find.

The darts tune is "Chase the Sun" by Planet Funk. It's old enough to be that, but I don't think it is now that I've listened to it.
