He insisted that standards must be maintained.

Yep, I agree with you AS. It almost feels like our club doesn't want to let go of him. They keep sending out new ways to bring a tear to my eyes. Please stop lads, before I have a meltdown.

Not sure I like the look of Sage, he appears overweight and unshaven - but, can't judge a book by the cover an' all that. Just hope that, if he is the chosen one, his tactical nous, playing style and personality are a step up on his appearance.

When we was in the s*** when noades took over , they advertise in a newspaper for a team manager , i applied and got a reply thanking me for my interest , but have had a number of candidates lol , you would have all been chanting my name and saying I was GOAT 🤣🤣🤣

I sent in an application for one of my colleagues to be on Gladiators. Amongst many claims made on his application form (including suggesting the nickname "Rocket Man" with a hand drawn phallic looking logo) I put that he could run 100m in just under ten seconds.

They wrote quite a polite reply back that didn't imply they thought he/I was taking the piss. I was mildly disappointed. Although he was surprised to receive the rejection letter as he didn't know I'd applied.
