You really haven't a scoobie have you, the back four works as a unit, it doesn't mean how many players you have, they work as a line of four, which 95% of world football is, try googling defensive tactics.
 
Pierre Sage took Lens to second place in France last year, which is impressive, but he has very little pedigree or experience beyond that. He has less than 100 top flight games under his belt, having spent most of his career in the sixth tier of french football, or in an academy, or as an assistant. He was an amateur player.

That sounds a big risk to me on the face of it.
Doesn't seem a Parish type appointment.
I still think it will be Lampard or McKenna if compensation can be agreed and one of them want to make the move.
