Newcastle Predictions

I suspect the reason Kamada started the last game is that Glasner is wary of starting players coming back from injury or sickness given the intense pressing nature of our style of play.

We now have a full squad available (apart from the two long term injuries) and I would expect Wharton to start alongside either Lerma or Hughes.

Ok, so Newcastle have been on a hot streak. We, too, were on a hot streak prior to the Citeh game. I think we2're capable of picking up and going again so I'm going for a 1-2 away win tonight (we do like scoring two goals away from home - 7 times in the league and 4 times in the cups so far this season).
I have a feeling that Kamada will start. Not that I agree with that.

Newcastle fan here,

There's over 100 pubs within staggering distance of the ground so you're spoiled for choice. None of them are 'away' pubs and you'll be welcome in all as long as you don't act the arsehole. Even be welcome in the Strawberry which is the traditional home pub just outside the ground. I think away fans aren't allowed in the Stack which is a fanzone, but if you're not wearing colours I don't think they check your memory of Fabrice Pancrate or anything.

Personal favourites are the Forth Hotel, Tilleys, Mr Alexanders, Trent House, and of course the Strawberry.

Away fans often meet up in the Mile Castle because it's massive, but whatever you're after there's loads of choices. Plenty of good food options too.

Anyway, hope everybody coming up enjoys the away day. If not the result.
I'll be in Low Fell, The Victoria, Beacon Lough Rd. then on to the match with my uncle & cousin.

Cheers Billy!

Nothing makes me more nostalgic for my alma mater than TWF Trent House and its free and very good juke box.

Yeah, rightfully so as well. Roy immediately starting players as soon as they were technically fit was half the reason they always got reinjured.
