New membership

Help please
So I purchased a standard membership last night to hopefully get a Fiorentina ticket this morning.
The problem is I already had a client reference number from previously buying tickets & I now have a new number but it won't link accounts so it's saying I have no membership when I try to buy tickets even for premier league games already on sale.
I can add my new membership to friends & family though so don't understand.
Help please!

Just from an observer view - (Also I am no authority on this)
Firstly if you bought your membership last night (Saturday, maybe after the ticket section / the box office closed) it may be that the initial sign up / registration process of your new ticketing account may not be completely automated, maybe there is a human element in the process that wont take place until maybe mid Monday morning ?

Also - & no idea if its related to this at all - on some of the big games I have seen a kind of disclaimer reading something like, to purchase tickets for this game the applicant must have had a ticketing membership number / previous purchase history dating from before xxxxxx whatever date they chose.

If it was me I would try not to panic & see if its better on Monday morning, if nothing has changed by say 11 am give the box office a call or if your local pop down there.

Yes I maybe did think that....should have got it in the week probably.
But what worries me is the fact that I already had a client reference number and buy purchasing a membership it has given me a new ref number which doesn't show on my account on the App only the fact that I have a new membership transaction so I am locked out of buying tickets.
Fiorentina tickets went on sale 5 mins ago.

If you know your old ticketing account membership number give them a call on Monday morning & see if you can get the accounts linked -

Actually - the woman's team have a game today against Charlton, the box office may even be open for a couple hours today if you call them now.
