My 17year old son arrested in Krakow

Did anyone manage to get some videos of the fans after the first goal in the home end? My 17 year old son picked up a pyro someone dropped and waved it about and got arrested and in a cell for 17 hours! Just need some sort of evidence showing he didn’t light it
 
Tut tut . picking up a lit firework. I blame the parents 🙂

Didn't mean to be flippant. Obviously it's the moron(s) bringing these into the grounds fault.

Are they pursuing the allegation or is it done 'n dusted?

I don't know why we put up with the self entitled aholes who smuggle pyros into grounds so they can be ultra ultra.

Hail Mary but if you put your seat details here someone who was behind you might put their hand up to bringing in and lighting the flare but bit of a reach.

Yes we have to go back on the 28th May to answer bail! They are trying to say he took it in and lit it aswell! It was alit on the floor behind us and he grabbed it! I had to pay £1000 bail and £800 lawyers fees

Im sure this is a silly question ... but why are you going back?

you've already lost 1800 quid (which you won't get back) so won't going back just cost even more?
 
If any of you remember the Bradford City stadium fire in 1985 then you know why anyone involved in flare incidents deserves all the punishment the authorities can dish out.

I wonder if the punishment for lighting it is worse than for just picking it up and waving it about. Is your lawyer giving you advice on possible outcomes?

His bail conditions are that he returns to be medically assessed (ADHA + Autism) and because they used the word psychiatrist its made it sound like he has mental health when he doesn't
