Currently in lower holmesdale block A. Been there 20 years.
Me and a mate wanted to move to the upper tier, was hoping to go in the gallery bit , pretty much above where we are now.
He contacted the club and they said the only area of the ground with 2 seats next to each other , that were available , was in the Arthur. He said when do you reckon we’d be able to get a move to the upper holmesdale , they answered “when we get relegated” 🤣
So looks like we will be waiting til the new stand is built , they started it yet 😬

A sense of humour from someone in the box office? He/She deserves a pay rise🤣

It will all kick off with season tickets if the club suddenly announce that they are shutting the Main Stand for rebuilding after all. That will keep the box office busy.

In that case, I just wouldn't have away fans for a season.

Sitting in the Whitehorse I’d love that, they’re a pain in the arse, especially when the other team scores our end and they go running towards them to celebrate

Isn't it a legal requirement by the league to have an away section??

Would be pretty imposing if that could be done, like say only allow 250 away fans in..

I think under PL rules there is a minimum allocation of the stadium capacity that has to be offered to the away club - I think its 10% but clearly that's a guess based upon our stadium is 25,480 capacity & 10% would allow for around 2500 away fans, which seems to be more or less the amount of tickets we seem to get offered when we play away.

No idea if you can claim for any special arrangement due to construction works , unless of course its an unforeseen safety situation.

I dont know of any other club where it has been allowed.
