Morgan Whittaker

Every time I read a Willo comment I am reminded of Leonard Sachs compère of “The Good old Days” a man whose command of the English language was legendary. Younger readers will have to look that one up.

I'm sure that we have bought a player before who did something similar but I don't have the best of memories. Perhaps a goalkeeper
Not even Palace can get it right 100% of the time 😉.

In any event, some Spaniards can be prone to the odd tantrum or three.

PS
And then there's a certain French forward out on loan...

I accept that Leonard Sachs' command of the English language was legendary.

I am certainly NOT in such exalted company. I suspect many will conclude that my contributions are blizzards of words in search of coherent sentences, in other words a heaving load of old codswallop.

🤣 I see what you did there Willo. The great man would be delighted!

Funny enough that's almost word for word how his ex-manager described him:

"Morgan is a very talented young player, who can play either in a front three, or as a striker in a front two," Argyle manager Steven Schumacher told the club website.

Amazingly, another ex-manager used another identical phrase to you in describing him:

“He’s quick and direct: he has the ability to drop into pockets of space well and also contributes with goals and assists." Michael Appleton.
Spooky that.
