I decided at a whim to investigate what Schumacher and Appleton stated about Whittaker and then cut and pasted their comments. 🙄 🙄 🙄
I of course am aware that Schumacher signed Whittaker for Plymouth but I have no idea if Whittaker played under Appleton.🙄🙄

Just providing some salient details in an effort to be informative and I get subjected to disobliging comments.
It is little wonder I have given serious consideration (Often) to bidding my HOL farewells and disappearing into the ether.

It is my view that Palace won't buy players they deem have an attitude problem no matter how good or cheap they are and Whittaker would seem to fall into that category given his recent antics. Even if he has been hard done by (and I don't know if that is the case), that's no excuse for him to have a tantrum and throw his toys out of the pram. After all he's now 24 - not some starry-eyed teenager.

I have perused the reports of issues in relation to the match against Burnley - The television coverage showed him seated in the stand at that game.
I do not believe he has ever been on our 'Radar' in respect of a transfer in this 'Window'.

Also having read over the PAFC forum their supporters in general are not overly sorry to see him go and say he has been poor for them this season. (Over playing it, poor passing and getting caught in possession far too often!)

Transfers are now not just done on ability and availability. A lot of background work is done on a player to see, if he will fit into the squad dynamics and not be a disruptive influence. I expect that is why our interest has wained on players, that we were initially interested in.

Nobody hates a quoter, just so long as they do not appear to pass on observations as their own (whether intended or innocent).
