I think that would be difficult to prove, but I'm not against the investigation.

Plans for pandemics are hardly secrets, we had a plan and if I remember correct it was thrown out due to terrible projections....Was that malicious for profit or incompetence and/or scare mongering?....all worthy of investigating.....essentially it all ended up with the Gates approach.....So I certainly hope it all gets looked into.

Because we certainly haven't had the truth.

Put it another way: has Jeffrey Epstein ever been involved in anything virtuous that wasn't a front for nefarious activity?

And why would anyone say 'Let's hope we can pull this off' about a training exercise?
