I'm going for a draw, possibly 2-2.

Jarred Gillet is the ref & according to the piece, City have a near perfect record with him in charge . . .

I'd be satisfied (I nearly wrote happy) with a draw as well Eagleman. City have been struggling of late though, so it's possible for us to grab the 3 points.

I'll go 1-1.

If we get Richards back, with Lerma left of the back three we will have a balanced defence. Hughes should be back, they've shown a few signs of their old selves but more flat performances, and no Haaland, I felt queasy before Southampton, was pleasantly surprised by our league wins v Fulham and Villa, don't feel nervous about this one at all, they play to our counter attacking strengths, a famous 2-1 victory awaits.🙂

So close to a semi final you wonder where the team's heads will be.

City are not playing at their best and are missing Haaland, but even so, they have the likes of Grealish on the bench.

I expect it will be a defeat with Guhei missing and Richards and Hughes short of match fitness, but if we are to win, I suspect we will need to score 2 or 3.

No matter how inconsistent they are they still possess pure quality so I'll be happy with a draw to be honest.

I saw this picture posted up on Instagram yesterday so thought I would attach it on here just so people who are going know the reason why fans are clapping.

Very sad story to be fair. The son suffered with epilepsy and died after a seizure. His Dad dropped dead with a brain haemorrhage literally a few weeks later. RIP

Probably a draw but they're certainly beatable
Pretty much feel this way too. After watching City on Sunday barely raise a performance against their fiercest rivals and knowing they'll struggle to get up for a game against us in the same way I'd say at our best we have a real chance of beating them Saturday.

A cautious 2-2

Reflecting how bonkers this season is, if (and I know it's a big if) we were to beat City and Newcastle then we'd only be 3 points behind City by next weekend and within reach of a CL spot. Based solely on the form table we have a good chance of making the European spots, but I do feel like we're starting to show signs of our small squad struggling to maintain its momentum, even if the results keep coming. I think this might be a more routine 2-0 win for City. Hopefully I'm wrong and we haunt them once again.

Agree. Whilst we have momentum, risk we run out of steam like Bournemouth have. Priority has to be winning the semi final and closer to a trophy

We seem to be in a mini tournament, with games between now and the end of the season against the three left in the Cup. Winning all three matches before the final will be great. COYP
