Very unlikely to get a game at Chelsea, but to be fair they do churn out a lot of professional players, so he might make it somewhere

He'd have a series of landing lights and a team of outriders clearing the way now. Still, enjoy your loans - he'll probably be at Dunfermline in a few months.
 
His old man was on Talksport last week bigging him up and saying it was a move that was right for the boy and couldn't be turned down blah fuckin blah.

I wonder what sort of deals the big clubs tempt young players with these days. It used to be the club would buy the family a house, or something, to sweeten the pot. Although it's a shame to lose a rising star I think I'm right in saying we'll get a bigger compensation package than if he'd gone abroad, so that's something.

To be fair the fastest way to playing for Palace will be to join Chelsea and in a seasons time get loaned to us where we turn him into a top player and International, then he goes back to Chelsea and be sold to a Italian club for a huge profit? 😆

When I was in my last year at school a boy in my class was being chased by about a dozen clubs. He eventually signed for Arsenal who bought his parents a new Ford capri (showing my age now) suppose it was worth it as he did make about 200 appearances for them.
