I still think he is worth a look, still only 24, didn't pull up any trees last year, but is doing well again in the Championship, he is a goal scoring winger.

Jack Clarke plays out on the left where he cuts inside on to his right foot.
We don't play out-and-out wingers, accordingly I very much doubt he is of any interest to us.
I have never seen Clarke deployed in a No 10 role.

One's that cut inside to their other foot are really Inside Forwards. When you look at our system again, that would be fine. Currently Sarr stays inside but Pino stays wider. As Clarke plays on the left but uses his right, he could easily play on our left and give us a bit more on that side. It would probably balance our team better. Just my opinion, of course.
Consider Olise on the right, Clarke would do that kind of thing on the left. When Olise would dribble inside to the edge of the box and shoot. Which was lovely to watch.

I think the attacking player we'll be after is Tyrique George. Fits our usual profile and the price is pretty clear considering he was as good as sold to Fulham at the end of the window. His versatility would suit the squad well.

Didnt he start out at Leeds as a full back/wing back ?
I am unaware that he was a full back/wing back in his formative years at Leeds.
He possesses fast feet and carries the ball admirably but can be knocked off the ball with some ease when he doesn't beat the full-back.
Ipswich signed him for a fee which could rise to £20 Mill.
