It’s with a very heavy heart….

RIP. I will miss her contribution to these boards. She was always someone who posted fair and balanced responses both in general and in her moderating role. I didn’t know her personally but had interacted with her a number of times on here and via pm and just found her to be a kind and decent soul.
A big loss to the Palace family and these boards and condolences to her family and friends.

I am shocked and so saddened by this dreadful news.
Becky always moderated with fine judgement and her presence on HOL was always such a positive force. I cannot ever remember being admonished by Becky but if I suffered this fate I am certain it was justified !
I express my heartfelt condolences to all her family and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with them at this sad time.
Rest in peace Becky, who will be missed by all the HOL family.

I am very sorry to hear the sad news about Becky. She was incredibly helpful to me when I was scammed by a 'HOLer' on this site who sold me two tickets for a game for which he didn't have tickets. I asked for her advice and she initially suggested patience to give the individual a chance to respond but when he didn't she got involved and diplomatically contacted the offender and I got my money back. I was so impressed I offered her the chance to use my season tickets to attend a game but she declined, saying she lived down in the south west and it was too far to attend a game. A lovely lady who will be sadly missed by those who use this site.

This is such sad news. Becky is a great loss to this forum but also, of course, to her goddaughter, family and friends. My condolences and rest in peace, Becky.

Very sad to hear this. The doyenne of the chatroom on match days, and a hugely effective moderator for the site. Someone with a real sense of humour and a genuine love for the club.

RIP, Becky. You will be greatly missed.

I am so very sad that she is gone. Moderation on this site is not easy but she handled everything with humour and aplomb. I respected her interventions and always was attentive to what she had to say.
My sincere condolences to her family and friends. RIP

I know Becky would expect me to make a kn0b joke whilst honouring her. Although I am finding it hard. Seriously, Becky was such a superb person on this board that let people have a laugh and stepped in when people got too silly. I am really sad but glad to have (sort of) known her. RIP Becky and thank you.
