Good point. Let's look at history, let's go back to the original names. There was Philistine in the Gaza area, and the similar Roman name for the whole area despite areas being locally called Judea and Gallilae, several hundred years before Islam existed.
It's disingenuous to suggest that Palestine is a race, religion or historical country, because it's not, as I originally said. You've had plenty of opportunity to tell us otherwise, but you can't, and you're indoctrinated into this same online gaslighting campaign about this fictional nation and people.

The word Palestine is of ancient origin.
And I always believed the people were blown in by the Ottomans. Actually they are also of ancient origin and pre date the tribes of Israel in the region.
They are not a true nation as they have always lived under someone's thumb. But they are people.

Can't seem to find a post from you expressing similar worthy sentiment for any Palestinian children killed in Israeli drone strikes, or starving civilians gunned down by Israeli soldiers after pressing for food..
Perhaps we should wait for these incidents to be posted through the official IDF site before we express our sympathy?

Israels goal is to stop a group that uses civilians as shields and holds hostages including innocent children to prevent more attacks.
