In 1916 the "Palestine" flag was invented, by a British officer. Not for them, but for various Arabs willing to terrorise the Ottomans. They adopted it in 1967 and called themselves a different people, but they aren't, they are just Arabs. So, there are Arabs in the region, and Jews, and Christians. BUT one that that isn't true aside from the mouths of ignorant campaigners are Palestinians - they were called Arabs for hundreds of years before their big PR marketing campaign to fool the useful idiots libtards.

Without getting into the specifics of this blatant distraction (I’m still unclear what it has to do with your constant conflation of Israelis and the Jews), what exactly is your argument here? Genociding people is fine if their national identity is relatively modern?

By the way, Arab and Palestinian aren’t mutually exclusive terms, the same way Egyptian and Arab aren’t, Syrian and Arab aren’t etc. etc.

Because these people voted for HAMAS. Obviously not the women and children, but some of the blokes might have done.

Because it's not like the Israeli's have been treating Palestinians as cnts for decades. Cutting water and electricity supplies and the IDF and Israeli c-unit(settlers) killing and stealing Palestinian land.

That was in Jan 2006. Since then, democracy has long broken down and Hamas have no valid mandate.

I was being a bit sarcastic. Even the 2006 vote was deeply flawed, with it essentially being a military coup. The Palestinians, one again, were thrown to the dogs.
Today even the BBC is now covering Israeli theft of Palestinian land, and associated murder of Palestinians (as far as they are able to) by the IDF and settlers

More clandestine Israeli operations , now include using aircraft to spray herbicides on Palestinian farmland and olive orchards.

This may sound like a U-turn from me, but I do not think it is.

Israel refusing to budge on the US 15-point peace plan until Hamas completely disarm is reasonable. It is precisely what we did with the IRA, so we have to beware of hypocrisy. And Israeli's are correct to feel deeply insecure with Hamas still bristling with weapons and hiding in their kilometers-long tunnel network.

However, there is nothing stopping them from a genuine ceasefire on both fronts while the parties seek to work something out.

And an equally genuine and active restraint of their settlers.

As I've said to people, if you have picked a side you're wrong. I'm for peace long term, but I do think that the aggressors are Hamas, Israel is fine to settle wherever they want within their borders. If Arabs could live alongside without any islamic nutters attacking the Jews then they'd be fine. You don't have this issue with other religions. Jews are far more westernised, not Islamd, so if there has to be dominance it has to.be them.
