Israel v Hamas

Learn to read and comprehend properly. Where did I say anything about their religion?

The Palestinian people were there in the 6th century. You realise, of course, that that is before the Anglo-Saxons were in England? Presumably, by your logic, the Anglo-Saxons are invaders and the Irish, Welsh and Scottish would be justified in ethnically cleansing England?
That's how mental your argument is.

What is actually mental is how you are STILL thinking I agree with the settling lol.

The trouble is you lot are celebrating a harmful decision, and I don't like it because it'll cost us all. You also use massive hypocrisy, it's boring pointing it out. Weird that you think they arrived in the 6th century (7th century actually if you are referring to Islam) because they were there a long time before that, just they were Jewish or Christian. "Genocide!"

I understand that you struggle with notions of 'right and wrong', 'morality' and 'ethics'.
The things most of us had mastered by the end of nursery school.

I also understand that you are a traitor who supports Israel ahead of the UK, and even supports them selling Argentina arms that killed our boys.

Well I work for the company that makes Exocet. That company is 1/3rd British.

How far do ethics go for you? What are you willing to sacrifice?

Life is too complicated for you, hence you look for simple answers in conspiracy theory.

Never forgiven us for Balfour.
I will say that they believe Britain was colluding with Israeli bombing. That's how it was reported to them, and they're taking that at face value. As many British and Irish people are too. The actual case is that there were two intelligence flyovers. We don't know what it was for - I could suggest they were looking for the British citizens involved perhaps. For all we know, anything could be true. I am not privy to this and no one below cabinet level is. (No numbers have come out about how many British citizens were involved with HAMAS - they will eventually). Britain had I think a few hostages taken and some citizens killed too in the original attack. How could we know they weren't looking for them?
Palestinians and many of the Pro Palestine lobby have said Britain was assisting the bombing.
F35 parts - minor F35 parts were supplied by Britain. None including any lethality as far as I'm aware. No bombs, aiming equipment, ammunition etc. The truth of that is they could have bought them anywhere. Usually India or Turkey these days but they do buy the odd part off of Britain. Not now obviously. Whereas in the past Israel v imported a lot of British goods - it is now a negligible amount and can be bought elsewhere.
Again, any sanctions by Britain are performative. Perhaps making some people feel better. The reality is completely at odds with that. The only loser here is British power, both soft powrr, influence and real power. And as Spindle states economic hit for the sake of making some people feel better. With no actual results except to hurt Britain.
Best to remain in dialogue with both sides in order to be relevant. Add in pissing off the US and where will this end. Closer to the EU left, whilst the right is on the march. Lagging behind as usual. Completely at sea in foreign policy, not knowing who they are anymore.
The cold War was easy: this identity politics isn't. Ever noticed no one can ever quite get it right? Because it's so factionalised and divided with a load of mental cases dying to shoot their mouths off over the slightest thing. There's quite literally always a crisis or a problem now. It hides the real issues, years of decline, poor leadership, no values and no real identity anymore, just invented ones to suit some people for a while. Populist politics if you like. Yes, Labour are just populist politics but of a different kind than say Reform's populist politics. Fuelling the divide and too stupid to notice. What is Lammy now? Whatever he is - how dangerous and futile is that?

And you will stick your head in the sand even when so-called conspiracy theories are proven correct, which they are, time and time again.

You quoted an Epstein Island attendee just a few pages ago, then ignored it completely when called out.

Or take this one from just yesterday. The widely held 'conspiracy theory'' that Israel had advanced warning of October 7th, but let it happen because it suited their wider geo-political goals. Now rapidly becoming conspiracy fact. You'll probably ignore that too.

Great. Let's hear your condemnation.

You understand whole swathes of the population lose all trust in their government's apparent tolerance of Israeli state theft and aggression?
The damage of that goes way deeper than a short-term diplomatic spat.

How far do ethics go for you? What are you willing to sacrifice?

Well, for starters, I am willing to remember this and willing to criticise the state that did it. How about you?

An elderly neighbour of mine was one of the troops who discovered bodies of our boys hanging in the olive grove. He had just spent 5 years fighting to free the people who did it. It haunted him for the rest of his days.

So everyone who ever associated with Epstein is completely wrong on everything else. Weird.

Thanks for posting things that we already know about. These are utter basics.

I'm on the side of British interests just like Israel is on their side.

Well, yes.
Frequenting a peado trafficking island is generally considered a stain on one's character, integrity and reliability as a witness/commentator.
In the opinion of normal people at least.

An increasingly desperate Netanyahu is lashing out and flailing around so that he isn't bounced out of power and indicted for corruption. Let's pray he loses the upcoming election. I'm sure the Yanks are long tired and leery of him now.

Today, Israeli media reports that he knew about October 7th and turned a blind eye and so Bibi is now suing the journalists for defamation. Justice, a dish best served cold.

I think he's likely to lose. He will have lost the centre element, but I would also hazard a guess he can't appease the hard liners. The people were not impressed by the way hostages were searched for either.
What I couldn't tell you is the opposition. I think it's nearly always a coalition in Israel, which makes it harder to know the final outcome - as the parties do deals with each other, despite the popular vote.

I think Trump has decided that Netanyahu "is not our guy".

He can't say that while up to his moobs with Iran situation but you get the impression that the planning will be for some kind of multilateral accord for the Mid-East beyond the current Zio death cult agenda. Otherwise the whole region goes up in flames.

I think the US likes to think that it can control Israel. Possibly currently, most of the world. Personally, I think Israel plays them, largely from within the US administration. I don't think the US has ever controlled them, it's an illusion that the US has believed.
Israel does what it likes. They buy what's best that is the best value for money. US has to keep on giving them sweet deals for defence sales; they'd buy Chinese if it suited them. The US stuff is too high maintenance and expensive for their liking in reality. Hard to modify too.
I don't think Israel cares too much about world opinion either. If you consider it they've heard vitriol from every neighbouring state for their entire existence.

The problem really isn’t the bulk of the Israeli people, whose resilience and determination possess much to be admired. It’s the hard right religious fundamentalists in government and their paymasters in the USA. Just as the IRA could not have existed without help from the USA nor could this Israeli government.

How you solve that issue I have no answer for. US politics being way past its use by date with no one in the aisle chucking out the bits that are now harmful.

Character has nothing to do with their knowledge or intelligence. I get you are angry but this presumption of yours is illogical.

Is Jeff Bezos rippling with honour and knowledge then?

Not illogical at all, quite the opposite. It's fairly obvious that Epstein Island visitors are compromised (at absolute best), malevolent, or both.
Therefore they cannot be trusted, nor can any 'knowledge' or 'intelligence' they provide.
It's basic common sense/logic.

Yet the support for Israel on this site is largely unequivocal.
