One Suarez was enough.Spotted back from Turkey

The Turkish transfer closes on 4th September. Surely we let that pass and in the meantime his supposed groin strain can heal up.

Just seen the Sage interview and it seems that might well be the case. All very confusing….Sage says that he hopes he's back training by monday.

Or Sage can stop booting him up the bracket. The Turkish transfer closes on 4th September. Surely we let that pass and in the meantime his supposed groin strain can heal up.

Always good (Sage?) advice.Palace holding the cards here, rinse those Turkish pricks!

It won't be the end of the matter until the last minute of the window has passed.Direct quote from Sage today:
‘We are keeping Ismaila Sarr. He is a truly crucial player for the club and our coaching staff. He will be available to feature for us this week.’
Hopefully that’s an end to the matter….

Reminds me of Guehi and Glasner. The players already f***ing the manager around.Direct quote from Sage today:

He’s under contract for another 3 years and the transfer window will close in a week. After watching the game yesterday do you think Parish will really risk us getting relegated for £30m? That’s how crucial the player is. Probably wouldn’t have lost yesterday if he’d played. It won't be the end of the matter until the last minute of the window has passed.
The reality is that all players are 'not for sale' ....until they are.
I also saw direct quotes from Sage that 'for the moment ' Sarr is not for sale and when asked if Sarr wanted to stay Sage said, 'you'll have at ask him.'
Sarr has been great for us and I'm sure we are not trying to push him out of the door.
But am I convinced he will be with us at the end of the window?
No.
I don't want Sarr to go, but it's worth bearing in mind that Lacroix also had 3 years left on his contract. He’s under contract for another 3 years and the transfer window will close in a week. Why would SP approve £40m?Surely it should be £70m for us to be interested in a sale, but you can bet your life Parish would approve £40m-£50m.
Personally I think we would be crazy to let him go this season and certainly not before Christmas.
Now Liverpool smell blood. It’s starting to look like it’s a matter of who doesn’t where Palace are concerned.
