Do we classify it as the same or different ? Whether the perpetrator is a Nigel or 'other' ? In other words when is it a 'valid criticism of your own tribe' ? and when is it a hateful-prejudice ?
To put it another way, if an Orangeman says something unpleasant about The Pope is that Sectarian prejudice ? Whereas when a Catholic from The Falls Road says the IDENTICAL same criticism, is that permissible ?
In terms of definitions of 'Islamophobia' what is the relationship between stating a demonstrable evidential Fact.....and giving an opinion (which may be agreeable or otherwise ) ?
Of course all law-breaking is illegal. As per the fella below.....
