Well that went well , At least another month of fighting on the cards and high fuel prices , Shortages of goods and higher inflation etc .
Have to agree with Trumps order to close the strait , Too much horse trading going on when it should be free and open to all or none .
Can see the bridges and power plants coming back on the agenda .

So iran killed upwards of 50,000 of their own people in 3 days, many in their hospital beds apparently by knife across the throat, they threatened the west with being nuked, they have supported and financed multiple terror attacks against us and others, killing 1000s of people we know to be innocent, they are brutal to the enth degree yet when someone has now stood up to them; because it has cost us financially and inconvenienced us we wet our knickers and trump bad.
Doing nothing wasn’t an option imo.
If someone can give a different solution to this I’m happy to hear it. Our wets in the west would have us growing a long beard and praying 5 times a day before actually doing anything so trump has done something. I do wish there was a way to see the future as I believe he has done the right thing and this would be proven correct.

I'm not going to defend the Iranian regime, which I'm obviously very opposed to but the insurgents at the start also killed many Police and unarmed people....there are videos of it...How many we don't know, but it wasn't all just protestors with placards.....Mossad themselves said they had people on the ground during those protests.....Arms were given out.

I'm not interested in foreign wars with Muslims just because they are Muslims.....or Russians or little green men......Why should I be interested in regional wars. These are messes made by other people.

I want trade and good relations.....I don't want their immigrants or energy wars or food more expensive and all the rest of it.

All this crap does is make the standard of living far more expensive......It makes everything worse..

He'll let them through. Not sure Russia needs it so I wouldn't worry about that. Plus, their navy is crap. China, however, do need it but two things: Trump will not fight China - even if they do invade Taiwan. No one will. Only possibility is Japan and whoever else has not already been completely undermined by China. Other thing is: I guarantee China will quickly build a pipeline if necessary. It would take us twenty years and them two.

NATO is apparently all about defending against Russia. According to some, they are no threat either.
Apparently, our politicians thought so, which is why we haven't spent enough on defence.

That didn't stop Britain and France joining in with the US previously buy there you go.

Trump is right about NATO, and he is right about Iran. If the cost of stuff gets higher, that is hardly the end of the world. Letting Iran get nukes just might be.
