It's a globally traded commodity. So while Holland is a big importer it's a hub, gross numbers are not the full story. And if the insurers will provide cover I'm sure tne offer will be taken up.

Iran have been sanctioned for ages, so they aren't part of a supply chain, but as mentioned before oil prices will be affected as a result, knocking off vat would be a sensible move by the government.

Israel resumes normal business with its neighbours.

Previously Trump for all his rhetoric mostly got the job done , Now he has overused his threats and backed down time and time again , Iran faced him off and won ..

The partial issue is the restrictions placed by France, Spain and Italy by closing their airspace to US planes flying overhead. Not helpful to Trump’s aims. Don’t be surprised if some radar systems go ‘offline’ for a couple of hours…

How Iran come out of this will be down to what they concede. If they make a deal and then renege, America will be back to bomb them some more.
