THISIpswich look all but doomed this season and another home win looks on the cards.
2-0 Palace.
Time will tell, but I take your point.I can't help but wonder: is it really the Palace way to win the next couple of matches with no hiccups?
Maybe it is but I still need convincing.
I thought Ipswich started the campaign well and they looked like they might stay up. There was not much in the earlier game apart from a great finish by JP. However, we now have an almost fully fit squad. We will miss JP but Wharton can come in for Hughes which may actually strengthen us. Ipswich on the other hand are looking tired and their initial competitiveness is dwindling. I struggle to see Ipswich scoring and if we can get an early goal we could win by a few. I am going 3-0.
I don't. they alway seem to score - but the oppo seems to score more. It all depends on how the game pans out - if we cede the ball to them, we'll win easily. If we have the majority of possession, it'll be more of a struggle. I do think Nketiah fits better into a team trying to break one down - he had some neat little touches which didn't quite come off vs Millwall, but that should improve the longer he spends with this team.
either way, I can see a 2-1 win for us.
We battered Luton that day, no idea how we didn't win by 2 or 3I just feel like this game has shades of Luton at home last season 😯
Teams know they just have to sit back against us now at selhurst.
Perhaps having nketiah we might play a little different? He seems to be more suited to being inside the box?
That game ended 1-1 and I would not be surprised if we witness a similar scoreline on Saturday.I just feel like this game has shades of Luton at home last season 😯
