Jordan Henderson 34 The future of English football?
May be a stop gap until Wharton is fully fit?
Kyle Walker 34 we need to move on.
Not a very forward thinking squad
I think you could be right there. And if so, I'd applaud Tuchel, for at least seeing that its better to play a very old no6, instead of squeezing other players into the role.
Eze has been very lucky to get in
Mainoo is injured.Cant say I'm that impressed with the Squad. Looks like same old, same old. and in the case of J.Henderson and Walker, same really old..
Skelly and Rogers and Solanke in, who I like, but at the cost of Wharton, Saka(injured) and Mainoo.
Don't have huge amounts of hope for Tuchel, but maybe he'll surprise me.
Mainoo is injured.
I dont disagree that it looks a bit 'tired'.
But in the name of a discussion, apart from Wharton (who TBH was too early), who else would have been in your squad?
It's the Columbian ones and lack of cover that bother me, along with Richards and Guehi. The rest we can cover. Munoz seems to play 90 mins of every game and we should really have a word there.See we have seven players off on international duty this month.
Almost inevitably will be knocks if not more serious injuries.
Wonder how many will be fit to play on their return ?
I hope he comes down with a dose of "Giggsy"WOW . . . Wharton called up for the U21's. Seems OG asking for him not to be included has fallen on deaf ears. Hope to god he doesn't get injured.
