Does anyone have any info on expected return dates from injury for the many players we have out at the moment? I know Wharton was supposedly 4 weeks from his op which sounded quite optimistic to me. I think Eze was this side of Xmas. Franca was when the sun expands and becomes a red giant 5 billion years in the future…

Thanks. Good news on Eze and Wharton if true but I hope we don’t rush them back for them to get injured again. Seen that film far too many times

EPL Injury table not updated for Palace for a while. I get the feeling they keep the data to themselves and only feed when it suits. That, or they are rushing players back when they need perhaps another week to get properly match fit.

Thus, Riad still "out" till mid next month; and some of the players apparently available tomorrow should not be considered (if you believe the usually reliable site) till Newcastle.

At his conference Glasner said Doucoure and Lerma are ready to return, but not Eze or Nketiah.

If he persists with his formation it could be a front 3 of Sarr, Mateta and Munoz/ Schlupp which won’t fill Villa with trepidation.
At least we have plenty of choice in midfield.
 
It's weird/worrying that Nketiah's return date is unknown. If he's done his hamstring it's usually not more than a month.
 
Not as up to date as I would like to be.
But has there been an unusual amount of recent transfers on the sick list.
I was disappointed they kept playing the lad Wharton with an injury not good for him or the team.
If there is Is the problem in the background training side or medical side.
Or am I full of shxte and miss informed myself.

Given he’s our only back up striking option it’s a bit concerning. However, given the way he’s played for us it’s not a big loss.
