Importance of a good start 25/26

It looks like the European games start in late September:

2025/26 Europa League: Format, dates, draws, final | UEFA Europa League

We really can't afford another late start to the season and to play catch up while we have these extra games to worry about. Getting points early on the board will be good as we may fatigue towards the end of the season run in.

Getting signings over the line quickly, a good pre season will be key. None of this last minute signings or missing out on targets we chase all summer. Overall keeping Glasner happy is key.

I think we'll all want a good start and all the players ready but that it's not that likely to happen considering our usual operating procedures.
