If they are not in custody, then it's even more important that the public have a description.7I assumed they had suspects in custody, if not, they should issue descriptions and any other identifiers, speaking a forteign language for example. Is there street CCTV in Epsom?
If the victim didn't see faces, then she might have been able to describe heights and sizes of the attackers. Also the clothes they were wearing.
A few years ago in my village of Merstham; a lady claimed to have been gang raped. She said that one of them spoke with a foreign accent .
The case went cold due to what the police said lack of evidence. Whether that meant evidence of the actual attack or evidence to catch anyone. I'm not 100 percent sure.
So we can never be sure about these things.
What I am sure about, is the police are holding back information of the attackers.
I've seen seen that there have been no arrests apparently
