Immigration

“Intends to make a life here after his release” if on,y this was a joke
No if's buts or maybe's they should do their sentence & when they have completed it be met at the gate shackled then bundled into a van & driven to the airport & put on the first flight available to Kandahar.
I had a friend in the USA who got arrested on a DUI who was held in lock up for three months & then deported for a crime which probably would get you a hefty fine in the UK

Unfortunately I cannot see either of them being deported. It will be “ we can’t go back because we have been haughty boys and may well be punished at home” thank you HRA. Seen this type of excuse used numerous times

Probably tip of the iceberg. Very difficult to find and charge suspects when they have no documentation or ID, or home address
I've started to think illegal immigrants are committing crimes on purpose. They have jails full of similar people and will then get help with allowances, accommodation and jobs when they leave. Remember, people only serve maybe a third, or at most, a half of their sentence too. It's kind of fast track citizenship with little effort except choosing which crimes to commit. And look at the crimes: often of a similar nature. I guess women and girls are just fair game in this immigration trick.
Deportation and removal of all future perks is the minimum we should do. But we don't. They nearly all just stay. They know that.
