I guess you would say prove it,' But equally can you be sure that The reform party ltd does not receive funds or support from Russia?

I reckon the tentacles of the Russian state fund aspects of UK politics we just don't know about.

Interesting take from the media on the announcement that ILR will be tightened. One newspaper that should know better has even said migrants on benefits will be banned from the UK. Err that is not what the Home Secretary said. She never mentioned banning just that they wouldn't qualify which is not the same thing.

ILR has definitely been abused by both Labour and Tories and needs to be reformed. However I don't agree with Farage in scrapping it, it does have it's uses e.g. workers we want who don't want to take out citizenship.

Anyway this is an announcement at a party conference. I look forward to these tough new restrictions, probably going to happen around the same time as Tony Blair marches yobs to the ATM.

It is as much as saying Reform Ltd and Posh boy Nigel has not taken funds from Russia.

Life is full of opinions when facts are so hard to come by.
I would be expecting all kinds of accusations and dirty tricks from this scumbag government.

They are desperate.

Ireland's apparent solution - which I suspect will have no impact, or make the situation worse.
However, if people are deported in numbers I'll support it.
But you can guarantee that we're such clowns that the same people will do it over and over again. The scheme will be consistently abused between Britain and Ireland and also that gangs will force people to come to repay debts.
What people probably don't realise is people can negotiate payments already. They can ask for business class flights, hotels, meals and cash for when they get back - and we give it to them just to get rid.
Which comes back to the original issue. These people are not seeking asylum from danger. If you were going to get killed you wouldn't go back for any money

I've just caught the end of a report on a Pink Ladies demonstration in Downing Street about asylum centres which was being reported on GB News. I doubt that you'll see this reported on the BBC.
The ladies being interviewed were quite adamant in what they were standing for and - to totally counter Mr Wisbech's view that local people also counter-protest - it was stated that the Anti Fascist crowd shouting abuse only stayed for a short period as they were paid by the hour to attend...

It's the Zuckerberg one, because you know, that's honourable, especially what with Meta taking pictures of school girls in uniform from benign Instagram posts about going up to big school not (aged 12) and putting them in adverts to sign up for his platform.
It’s almost certainly Bluesky which has no connection to Meta.

It’s a privately owned, decentralised organisation which donates profits to the public good. It’s also properly moderated.

So it tends to attract those who don’t want to be associated with racists and bigots.

What on earth are you talking about?

If that’s common sense I think you need to rename your club.
