At what point do they think actually building something will be appropriate?

Is it about timing the final phase to be complete in the closed season? Or maybe because we are just about to spend a load of money on expanding the training facilities?

Just had a read because of the world issues materials have gone up , which we all know , we need to tweak and raise extra funding , its not like us borrowing a extra 5k lol , but work will carry on and 2029 is still the target instead of January maybe June finish from how I read it , I still should be around 🤔 maybe lol

Well lets see start piling the ground while fans are still going there or wait until May , still cable work to be done , Ideal world knock it down and rebuild from scratch , but there will still be slow moments then , its not a barren land start , the training ground will only cost 40m and its empty land

And according to the latest, we still haven't secured the funding and are considering changes in design and materials.

It's nothing but excuses as usual.

Due to a rise in cost the original 200 wasn't enough he also said that Pilling will be done 26/27 and maybe looking at doing a tweak , but thats the way rich business men work they borrow the money , also bigger the club the more they are loaned ,

We have been in administration to many times so it was never going tobe a walk in the park , also he has been our most successful owner in 50 years , I trust him not to screw us
