I thought it would be interesting / fun to see all the different ways people are getting to the final.

Mine is pretty straight forward.
Tuesday afternoon fly London City to Berlin, night in Berlin, Wednesday train from Berlin to Leipzig, - win the cup - Thursday reverse the train trip to Berlin and fly back to London City.

How is everyone else getting there ? . Please share......

For me, park at Gatwick. 7am charter to Leipzig, enjoy City, bit of lunch then head to Palace hub, ground, win Cup, taken back to Airport at silly 0'clock. Charter flight back to Gatwick.

Fly to Karlsruhe on Tuesday, then train to Leipzig and get there early evening. Tuesday warm up. Wednesday magic including hopefully seeing another trophy win. Fly back by Karlsruhe again to Standsted

Got a cheeky German lunch with the pilsners sorted in the Wednesday

tuesday bus from victoria changing at Duisburg roughly at midnight , to get into leipzig on wednesday morning. Day in town evening in stadium , hopefully party all night , bus in morning back via amsterdam in evening and back to victoria on friday early morning and a london bus back home.

Driving from Exeter (home now since last 4 years) to Folkestone to pick up my mate. Driving onto the le shuttle, drive from Calais to somewhere in Belgium to get a quick sleep then drive to Leipzig on the Wednesday morning. Hotel is 9KM from city centre so will need a taxi to the stadium. Thursday morning drive back and do the same journey but all in a day. Looking forward to getting the 435D onto the autobhan 😎

Early morning car ferry Tuesday (Dover to Calais) and long drive to Merseburg just west of Leipzig 2 nights there - tram in and out on match day (FOC btw for ticket holders) Every little helps !
Hopefully few more red and blue staying in that town !🦅🔴🔵

I think the tram system is supposed to be pretty good s worth checking if your hotel is near a stop.

And the night schedule

Shrewsbury to Birmingham to Euston to Victoria to east Croydon , ok not going to leipzig but will be with other palace fans to celebrate 🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🏆🏆🏆
Similar to you, not going, so I’ll be leaving work at 5, driving straight up the M20 through Kent to Selhurst to watch it there
If I was going I would’ve been tempted to drive all the way as I’m not far from Folkestone and Le Shuttle and I could’ve been half way there by the time I sodded about getting to the airport and flying there and still having to get a train after the flight

Happened to have already booked a trip to visit the in laws in Warsaw from 19th - 24th.

Have now changed the return flight to the 29th.

5am train from Warsaw > Leipzig (via Berlin) on the Tuesday morning. Same route back on the Thursday at 2pm. Luckily saved a fortune on flights.

Unlikely, but hoping to catch a few fellow Eagles on the Warsaw to Berlin leg.

I'm predicting 16,500 Palace out there.

3am bus to heathrow
7:25 am flight from Heathrow to Berlin stopping at Munich arriving at 1pm
2:50pm Flixbus from Berlin to Leipzig
1:15am Flixbus from Leipzig to Berlin
6:55 am flight from Berlin to Heathrow via Brussels arriving 10:15
Train home to South Norwood
Sleep

I will start in front of the fridge, from which I aim to retrieve a cold beer. From there its a four, maybe five yard walk to the sofa. In terms of direct access to the TV, I'll work out how best to address any teenagers playing Xbox or wife watching some daft s*** when I get there.

Happy and safe travels everyone.:football:
Sportsworld 2day package. There sorting everything hopefully ? Just need to win the thing

Leisurely lie-in, collect son from Düsseldorf airport at 10:30, 5/6 hour drive to Leipzig. Park at stadium, Straßenbahn back into the city for pre-match beer. We have to win though...........pleeeeeez
