Honest Ahanor

It is of course ‘a bit off’ but Chelski has demonstrated time and again that there are limited consequences in gaming the system. Palace have just said ‘if we can’t beat them, might as well join them’.
As Ive said before Football is eating itself.
Not gonna even mention the Maguire handball from yesterday !
Disgraceful refereeing and VAR , most corrupt decision i have ever witnessed. Should be ashamed of them selves. He almost caught the ball FFS .

Willo has said he’s off to Menorca for a few days, but nonetheless his ears will be pricking up with this criticism of officialdom.

His defence will be a combination of those criticising not understanding the rules, the positioning of the ref meant he couldn’t see it, some VAR BS about not overturning the ref’s decision and if all else fails it’s human to err.

If what I'm hearing about this transfer is true.......I really don't like it.

There's knowing that your best players are going to eventually push for bigger wages at bigger clubs......but being used as a loan club for a young player while you're a Premiership club?

Really? A feeder/nursery club in the Premiership?

That's cucked....too far for me.

It risks pride at a club to overtly admit you're a lesser club by your actions.

If a club doesn't have self respect then it loses its sense of identity.
Guehi to City
Eze to Arsenal
Lacroix to Chelsea

That looks like ‘ feeder ‘ to me.

This loan is an unusual one.

But it clearly feels like good business to Palace from a financial perspective as well as the squad standpoint

I addressed that in the post.

Those weren't transfers we wanted, those weren't transfers that were sought, that's the difference.....the players themselves made us 'feed' bigger clubs.....Contract lengths and offer sizes mean that clubs have to be practical to an extent with players pushing for transfers who won't re-sign.

It wasn't something we wanted......This transfer....and I make the point that it's just conjecture until it happens.....feels like we are being used as a nursery voluntarily.

I don't like that personally.,

But as has been suggested maybe there's something else going on here......We should get Miss Marple on the case.

Dermot Gallagher twisted himself up like a pretzel explaining how this decision was correct including it being an accidental handball. So no different to Canvot v Chelsea.
