Most of these seem to be internal analysis rather than recruitment but 3 of them have performance analysis in their job title, which seems excessive.
Also slightly pointless if you have a manager who sets up the same way every week regardless of results or opposition as Glasner always did. Sage appears to be similar, but i'm happy to be proved wrong.
Arsenal has a army of these people giving feed back during the match and after the match and would imagine all the club's have in varying degrees in the prem at least
Admittedly, to date, I have been disappointed in our recent transfer dealings, particularly this calendar year. However, In respect of what the poster said ... A number of people on here was saying the same about Freedman .. is quite correct. There was a lot of criticism of Dougie on here about him being a waste of space and not earning his keep. It was only in his latter days with the club that opinions changed when he did unearth some gems.
Whether a number of the players Hobbs has so far recommended for purchase will in time prove to be astute buys only time will tell, but it doesn't look particularly promising at the moment.

I've figured it out - Parish is preparing for life in the Championship. Sell off the remaining assets, get in a few bog standard plodders or newbies on less money, and finish the new stand. Yep, that's it, explains Hobbs role too.
