Here we go, blatant two tier judiciary

Indeed, but don’t complain about it because that would make you Far Right…personally, I don’t understand why the word ‘Far’ is needed…

imagine getting only two and half years jail ? for half killing a bloke ? A recidivist criminal with a dozen previous convictions - including fire-arms. Battered the victim, and then casually walking your dog past the slumped body on the ground - twice. Life changing injuries. The poor victim may be mentally disabled for life. And may never able to work again.
And this from the same judge who gave a long jail sentence to a fruit & veg wholesaler. A businessman who imported Garlic with incorrect documentation.

Mr Manson was surely lucky he didnt throw a burning cardboard-box into an empty cop car ? This happening shortly after the young kids he dropped into school nearly getting stabbed. Then he would have been really in trouble.

Two tier ? you decide.

It's not an exaggeration to say that the justice system in Ireland does not even deserve its name. At best it's random - at worst it's just to make money. And if you can make up enough victim bullshit then you'll get off.

I think you'll appreciate this:

There's the precedence for over a kilo of coke and more. Fair enough, may as well all do it.

Found guilty and the judge seemed to do everything he can to get them off.

Probably been told by you know who.
See how Amesbury got off after beating someone up.
Then there'll be an appeal and it'll go in front of the Sentencing Council, if you remember they tried to arrange special treatment on the basis of race and religion and they are still the same people.
I doubt they'll end up with anything more than a suspended sentence.
We'll get some old waffle about social cohesion from the government and that being suspended isn't being let off.
You can already see it, Peter Lynch was remanded for shouting at police, not so for these guys in fact nothing was done until Reform took out a private prosecution.

Be careful what you say, they have the "Online Safety Act" now and Barry Gardiner has already said it will be used for things other than child safety and it already has.

she stored nearly half a million quid worth of heroin in her house. Got off with a suspended sentence. I wonder did she burst our crying in Court ?

she was surely lucky she never wrote any hurty words on facebook ?

They just make s*** up and the woke courts lap it up. Funny how anyone caught with drugs was forced to do it for a debt to some shadowy figure.
