you say 3 years in jail ? Equivalent to sitting on a lorry-load of money. The proceeds of crime. How long would you need to work a normal-job to earn such money ? or is it a case of serve 3 years in the slammer and then end up wealthy for the rest of your life ?
Where is the disincentive for the younger generation of brothel-keepers ? surely a big money crime merits a big punishment ? And thats before we even mention the brutal treatment of the women inveigled into this criminal network.
