Here we go, blatant two tier judiciary

Today's marches and here's the two tiers of policing EVIDENCE

They're now trying to say that he was racially abusing the guy. That isn't what I heard from the recordings.
whatever about the pro's and cons of the argument. One thing is very clear. Live-streaming leaves a record out there, in the public domain. It prevents Journalists & the Authorities from putting a spin on things.

Get killed anonymously.....no story, no outrage. Die publicly on camera.....big Public debate and spectacle. George Floyd, and a thousand other fellas.

The Digwa / Nowak trial continues, the judge goes soft

The judge, William Mousley KC, told the jury that he had ordered Digwa to face a charge of manslaughter as an alternative to the murder charge.
Explaining the new charge, the judge told the jurors: "If a person may not have deliberately have caused the fatal injury or may not have intended to kill or cause reasonably serious harm, he or she is not guilty of murder.

"Then there is an alternative charge and that charge is the offence of manslaughter and a person commits the offence of manslaughter if he or she deliberately, unlawfully and not in reasonable self defence, caused the death of another by an act that a reasonable person would realise could result in some, if not really serious, harm."

Are they taking the piss? How can it be self defense and not murder if you just pull the knife and start stabbing, including in the back of the legs as Nowak tried to get over a fence to get away. Then he's handcuffed and arrest by the plod for racism whilst literally bleeding to imminent death in the street.

Barely covered by the media, BBC have this hidden down the "local news". The Guardian haven't bothered to cover this story at all, they put important things like "Wuthering Heights director regrets not showing Margot Robbie’s ‘extremely hairy armpits’" as another furthering of wimminsrites. Shameful.
