Football fans can be rejected from job if they support rival team, judge says​

An employment judge has ruled that people can legally be rejected from a job if they support a rival football team to existing staff.

Judge Daniel Wright said employers were entitled to base recruitment choices on whether an incoming colleague could "damage office harmony" by not supporting the same team.

Wright ruled that a boss would not be breaking employment law if, for example, they were to turn down an application from a Tottenham fan because the office was full of Arsenal fans.

It came after a woman took legal action after she didn't get a job with a marketing agency because she didn't "vibe" with her interviewer.

Maia Kalina claimed she was the victim of discrimination because she wasn't outgoing and didn't enjoy going to the pub.

But Wright dismissed her claims and said employers had the right to consider whether a prospective employee would get on well with existing staff.

"There may be times when it is perfectly lawful for an employer to decide that somebody just will not be a fit with the team and that therefore it would be difficult to work together," he said.

"An example of this could be a small company where everybody who works in the office is an ardent supporter of Arsenal football club, and they decide to pick an Arsenal fan at interview over a similarly qualified Tottenham Hotspur season ticket holder because they do not want to damage the harmony of the office.

"The decision there would be lawful (albeit taking the example to the extreme would not necessarily be good for business).

At the end he does mention meritocracy with equal abilities though. I do wonder if it was between a black and white person if it would fly.

Goes beyond two-tier. A literal attempt to kill is deemed unworthy of a custodial sentence.

My ire is not even for the man wielding the knife. My utter loathing is for our judicial system.

Ignore all the posturing about remigration and so on. Merely froth to distract the public from the real evil in our country. Our Judges.

This is why there is no voting our way out of this.

The State, the Law, the Nation.....are all secondary institutions. They are Down below the real One true authority in the Land.

Its two Tier, Eagle. And you need to know your place, work hard, pay your taxes and don't rock the boat. You must obey your masters and your young men will not reproduce.

Lord Young of Acton, general secretary of the Free Speech Union, said after the sentencing that it "...sends a green light to any Muslim who wants to enforce an Islamic blasphemy by taking the law into their own hands. The court is effectively saying that if you attack a blasphemer with a knife, he will be convicted of causing you harassment, alarm or distress and you won't have to spend a day behind bars."

Spot on. And proof, if ever any more needed, that the SYSTEM is our enemy. Not migrants, not Muslims, not anybody from a different background. They are the bio-weapons deployed against us. The very people who proclaim themselves to be as British as we are, these are the ones who utterly loathe us, siding with any and every alien culture and religion they can to rub our noses in the fact they consider us worthless.

Which is fine. But people have to accept that. And then start acting accordingly.

The impression is that Henry V111 was an anti catholic protestant but it's more complicated than that. If you read a biography H is a nightmare. After he split from Rome he flip flopped all over the place so anyone close to him had to be careful. At times he wanted to reunited with the pope and he was against further moves towards the Protestant religion. Towards the end of his life he started to fall more in line with the reformation in large part due to his final wife Catherine Parr, although there is some evidence he was going to arrest her for heresy before he died.

To sum up he was all over the place on religion changing his mind as to what was heretical. I think if he had asked for my views I would have told him that I worshipped in accordance with his majesty's wishes and the I would have got out of his presences as fast as I could.

A bit like Trump ,Hery V111th backed whatever suited him at the time commiting many a volte face. It seemed as though the Pope just let him stew and in the main ignored his tantrums.
 
This judgement is another very troubling outcome.....like letting those vandals in Bristol go after criminal damage.

Does this mean I can stab at people who set fire to the bible? Just as long as I have a clean criminal record?

Beggars belief.

How do people like this get to these powerful positions?

It is not 'troubling'. It is indicative of a ruling elite who are sending the rest of us a very deliberate message. They value migrants, especially Muslim ones, to be far more worthy of leniency, than the native population.

They literally send women to jail for 3 years for tweets. And yet this man, who is clearly attempting to murder somebody, gets a suspended sentence?

What more proof do people need that the system hates you if you are white and working class? They cannot make it any starker.
