Happy St. Paddy's Day - Every National Statistic going down the Swanny...in Ireland ?

At least half of every crime reported is by a "man" or "woman". Surprised the name was given here. I believe a directive was given to release the names. Here they have. Look up the last couple of murders and assaults in Dublin and they haven't. It's a bit hit and miss to say the least.
Niall Boyle discussed crime last night. The conclusion was drawn that we basically ignore it these days. I guess we have to. Reported figures are down but that's because there is no point reporting it. My mother in law's house was being burgled. Neighbours called the guards. They came the following night. 29 hours later. I was a manager of a shop. There were a whole gang of shoplifters that I caught. The guards took an hour to come. I couldn't hold them that long. The station was a whole 500 metres away from that shop.
And where I live is supposedly quiet and nice! God knows what s*** holes are like.
I’m sure some on here will argue it is nothing to do with ethnicity

Hardly notice anymore. Happy St Patrick's Day.
you have surely noticed the attempts to replace St Patrick with St Brigid ?

him...
male, pale, stale, part of the Patriarchy, christian, hetero, a former white slave, a record of white slavery, Acceptable to both Ulster Protestants and all Catholics.

her....revamped as....
female, pagan-goddess type, abortionist, de-sanctified by the Roman Church, female-warrior, feminist, environmentalist, LGBTQ, Palestine ?

I've noticed us trying to be the wokest country in the world 🌎 for years now. I'm sure it's doing us all the world 🌎 of good.
There's no way we're going to want to celebrate the religious aspect of Saints, so we will go for the absurd, as usual.

Are we not allowed to say "Saint" Patricks day anymore?
ah but sure ya don't even need him anymore. Not when the entire national identity has been subsumed into a brand of Beer. I challenge you to name one other national identity that has done an equivalent booze trick ?

The fact that a certain Brewery provided armoured cars to da Brits during 1916, seems to be forgotten by most. Also notorious for having a glass-ceiling for any Catholics employed there. They could shovel coal into the furnaces, but they couldn't climb the ladder to the lucrative jobs.

anyhoo.....i am hoping for some fireworks today when our Lefty puppet Prime Minister meets Trump at the WhiteHouse. The Irish government treated Trump like crap when he visited ireland at a time when Trump was no longer President. And they then got a nasty surprise when Trump got back into power. All it takes is a few billion dollars of Pharma/Tech money to focus the mind.

Is he even a Saint?
St Patrick was never canonized by the Vatican. And is thus embraced by Prods as an anti-Rome type. Its ironic cos after John Paul II went mad, he was giving out Sainthoods like confetti...to the toilet cleaners & coffee shop attendants.

Certainly the Christianity established by Patrick got a nasty shock when Rome tried to take over a few hundred years later. And the preaching romans got a shock to find some 'Northern Barbarians' with a better knowledge of the scriptures than themselves.

The first monasteries on mainland Britain were founded by Irish monks. And then got sacked by the Pagan Vikings.

And the Patron Saint of Ireland is a Brit. Welsh, to be precise. At a time when the old foe, the English, had barely left Northern Germany. Modern depictions of Santa and Saint Patrick always get the accent wrong.
