Hangovers (poison) as you get older..

Im sure many HOL'ers have suffered somewhat last few days.
Im still very ruff after Weds.
took Thurs off, sensibly, but todays graft, ladders, painting etc has been utter hell.
Weds , we started 4pm on the bevvy, finished a bit after midnight, a good 12 -15 pints a head plus shots.
Thurs, forget it, went to bed 5pm.
My nephews have travelled back next day, flying..awful.

So, any other stories of pain & repent.?

Not drink but in the cold in shorts for a Flixbus at 02h30 who decided to cancel at 04:30. Going to the station to keep warm and phone slowly dying and unable to book something else.

However a kind Palace supporter loaned me a power pack and eventually managed a coach at 07h45. Slept most of the 7 hour journey to Wroclaw.

I heard of other worse problems getting to Halle. German efficiency ? Loada b*ll*cks.

Next year I'm driving to Frankfurt.
