In our squad we have 2 defenders short on experience, Riad and Canvot. Heaven help us if Lacroix or Richards are sidelined through injury for a few games.

Glasner did at one time actually say his preferred formation was 433. It would help defensively if we did it and would stop our midfield being overrun.

In my view given that we only have 2 Prem level CB's it wouldn't hurt.

I just saw Glasner in an interview below where he said he is leaving for a fresh challenge and nothing more to it than that. He is going to deliver more silverware for Palace this season and give us our highest finish ever in the prem.

Don’t pay off his contract, it’s probably what he wants.

Relieve him of his duties, put him in the garden, take his club car, laptop & phone off him and tell him to keep away from all CPFC premises. Either that or put him in charge of the CPFC ladies team for the remainder of his contract.

How do you know that, Glasner has showed himself to be rubbish, if we had have had a decent manager, with the squad we had, we could have won the FA cup, and be in the Champions league, with Guehi and Eze still at the club. but only if Steve had done what he should have done, and Lanzo would be a happy bunny.

That's a bit harsh on jo potter who is doing a considerably better and more honest job of managing than him at the moment!!
