Glasner is a Glazier

Every time Moan United lose I start bricking it.

He aint going to last much longer and OG is playing the way Man United want to. Even a dumb board like United's are going to figure that out, and what manager would turn them down.

C'Mon Amorim pull your finger out.

No worries , According to the BBC gossip Potter is being lined to replace Amorin 🤣

Man Utd don’t want to play 3:4:3. It’s Amorin who is wedded to it. United don’t have the players to play that way, although it doesn’t help that he keeps moving them around during games. Also it’s a system best suited to hitting on the counter. That’s not what is expected at the top 6 clubs. If they sack Amorin I expect them to go for someone big again and play whatever system he favours.

I dunno. Big clubs won't want to be having 30% possession. Maybe the same style, but no.

Those percentages are a bit misleading as it's accepted that he did a good job at the Vermin. But after that it's been a struggle for him. Out of his depth IMO

Whenever I think of him I just picture him swigging that water and chucking the bottle in despair after Benteke hit the winner in the last minute 🤣

I presume Glasner's head is artificially put into that photo. Look at the neck and back of the head.
Tbf you did make me look twice and it did look a tad suspect. But then I found this

Has anyone seen this video yet? I find it quite cool - in a nutshell it decribes how, what Glasner does, appears to be a mash-up of some of the philosophies of the most iconic coaches of our time (Ferguson, Wenger, Mourinho, Pep, Klopp), taking only what's best from each of them and adding his own flavor for perfection.

Ironically, this is what the Austrian cuisine is all about - stealing borrowing recipes from others (Schnitzel from Italy, Gulasch from Hungary, Pancakes from the Czechs, Strudel from the Balkans and so on) and tweaking them until they are unique in their own right (and fit together perfectly). 😆

The Thing about Glasner, as i have come to understand his strength is also his weakness, 100% commitment and focus on his tactics, no diverting from his method whatever happens, the first half against Liverpool was by anyone's standard superb, yet we only had 29% possession, but we were 90% better than them, would he get that 100% commitment and focus at a so called "Bigger" club, no way, so best stay at Palace 😎

Its shows the possession really means nothing, only Burnley are lower, its not how much of the ball you have its what you do with it.

You maybe correct. Our squad know man for man most of them are not as good as the top teams which is why they buy into the team ethos. We are also fortunate that we don't have any prima donna's, credit to our recruitment team for that.

The problem at a club like Moan United is individual talent but also huge egos. Moyes apparently failed because the United defence didn't like him pointing out how he played at Everton.

As you say, best Glasner stays here.
