FUE hair transplants in Bosnia

The injections hurt a bit. But then you quickly go numb and don't feel much after that. I'd say the equipment they use to extract the grafts has come on a long way in 8 years. I wouldn't describe the experience as exactly pleasant now, but it's not awful either. It's still essentially the same process as before though, 1) collect the grafts from the sides and back of your head, 2) inject the front of your head and punch loads of holes in it, 3) have a kebab, and then 4) insert the grafts into the holes.

I'm seven days post op today and everything is healing nicely. The cuts are not deep.

No, it wouldn't grow if it was I think. It has to be yours. They take the healthy hair from the back and sides of your head that isnt affected by male pattern baldness. I think they could even take it from other places but luckily they didn't need my pubes or anything. It's called your donor area though (the back of head, not your pubes). Luckily ive always had thick hair in those areas so they've been able to take 8000 grafts from those areas over 2 transplants now. They told me I could even have a third one in the future if I wanted to but f*** that. Think of it like painting a wall. One coat makes it look better but two coats should make it look proper. They were all Turkish that worked in the clinic I went to but it was 25% cheaper even than Turkey.

Actually I think Bosnia was the cheapest place I have ever been to. I took £50 out of the ATM at Sarajevo airport on Thursday afternoon and had enough for my return coach ticket to Mostar, the match ticket, all my food and beer, and the bus to and from the airport. If it wasn't for all the mines everywhere I could happily live there. Such an interesting place but with a grim history.

You need to get on finistrade, you get get it from Lloyds pharmacy. My mates been taking it about a year and his Barnet is a lot thicker already.
How old is he if you don't mind me asking? I always thought finistrade was more for the younger ones who wanted to keep their original hair for longer. I don't think it matters for us old fuckers as by our age most of what is going to fall out has already done so and donor hair is resistant to male pattern baldness.

All I'm planning to put on mine is a few drops of rosemary essential oil mixed in coconut oil twice a week and take a biotin tablet and a multivitamin every day. I found 2 huge tubs of coconut oil for 40 quid on eBay, and 120ml of rosemary oil for 18 quid, plus the biotin was 7.99. All that should last for ages hopefully. It's quite crusty up there now at day 14 but I'm waiting for the rosemary oil to arrive before soaking it overnight to loosen the scabs. Been loathe to touch it so far in case it dislodged the grafts but I think they are well planted now. Last time I chucked almond oil over it after a couple of days which was too early.

He’s 48. His side parting was becoming like a combover. Back to being a sensible side parting now.
Think it blocks , whatever it is, that makes your hair fall out.
One tablet a day , about a pound a day apparently.
