Have the rules changed for 26/27

I can’t see the option of transferring tickets, just selling back to the club. Has this changed?
 
I emailed the club last week about it and they replied to me on Monday saying the functionality will be available on Tuesday. It's now Wednesday and i still can't see it. 🤷🏻‍♂️
 
Can't transfer to friends and family anymore, premier league ruling, each ticket must be allocated to person using the ticket, you can only transfer to members, or put up for resale. Tried to transfer mine and sons tickets to chap next to me in the Arthur, and couldn't even after contacting box office

Really? I transferred a ticket to my dad last week who isint a member. He just has a client reference.
 
If that's the case and I don't doubt it, I am a bit pissed off as message I received from Box office said it wasn't allowed anymore and on calling Box office was told the same, only thing I can think was ruling only just enforced

I think that is the case. I remember reading the new t’s & c’s and registered that it was just a client reference that was needed and not a full membership every season.
 
Yet again the club and the premier league change the system to stop fans passing on their tickets to friends and family unless they are registered or have a paid membership.
My son can’t make the Ipswich game and I was going to take my daughter who is not a member and does not have a user ID.

We have paid for the tickets and they make it almost impossible to give it away if you can’t go. I have tried the resale a couple of times , and some have sold but I have also been left holding a ticket because it didn’t sell and only then told a few hours before the game.

So how then do fans sell their tickets on here? Is it a case of adding member fans to their friends and family and then transferring them?

I so miss the good old days of having a plastic card every year!

Have them set up an account with a client reference and add them as F&F so you can transfer.

Alternatively set up a spare account for yourself with a client ref and use that one (just need an email address you can access) - just pass on the log in details to whoever you want to pass the ticket to - as long as you trust them to not change the log in password this works fine (apart from the Arsenal game when all was blocked - even ST+)

We have one account set up for our dog.....

What on earth is the point of being able to buy 4 tickets for the Caraboo cup match if you're not allowed to give them to anyone. Crazy

Thanks for the heads up. It took me ages to find where I can create a new account, but then realised it was because I was constantly signed in. Once I logged out I found where to get a client ID
